Edna Randolph was born May 10, 1923, to Eliza and Joe James in Holdenville Oklahoma. Edna was a longtime member of Tabernacle Baptist Church over 45 years where she was active and one of the first members of Circle #17.

She was preceded in death by her husband R.Q. Randolph, her parents Eliza J. & James Moore. She had five brothers, Ted Moore (Gertrude) both deceased, William Moore (Bernice) both deceased, Donald Moore deceased (Barbara), James Russell (deceased), Jimmie L. Moore Sr. (deceased) (Loretta), and a host of nieces and nephews.
