Sutton, Edna B.Edna B. Sutton, 85, died on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Maple Ridge Memory Care in Plover, Wisconsin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield, where the visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time. Rev. Daniel Sedlacek will officiate. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be grandchildren, Casey Werner, Nicholas Werner, Megan Kummer, Kim Kane, Shauna Hartman and Luke Sutton. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family. Edna was born on July 19, 1931 in Marshfield to William "Bill" and Katherine "Katie" (Doll) Brueggen. She married Warren Sutton on May 15, 1951 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Hewitt.Edna and Warren farmed together in the Town of Richfield where they raised their 6 children. Edna had also been employed in the laundry department at St. Joseph's Hospital and at Figi's, in Marshfield. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Christian Mother's. Edna enjoyed vegetable gardening, canning and freezing, crocheting, playing cards with good friends, going for walks and time with all family members. Mom was always there to be with her grandchildren when we needed her. She is survived by her children, Karen Hartman of Plover, Jim (Deb) Sutton of Pittsville, Judy (Al) Lorin of Ladysmith, Joyce Harder of Marshfield, Chuck (Lisa) Sutton of Wasilla, AK and Dean (JoAnn) Sutton of Hortonville. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She is further survived by a brother, Kenneth (Cleo) Brueggen of Marshfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Warren on May 21, 2014, a sister Annabelle Seidl and a brother, Edward Brueggen.Memorials may be designated in her name to the .
