Edith Brown (Vokey) 67, of Bell Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, passed on October 26, 2022. Edith was born on October 12, 1955. Leaving to mourn, her devoted Husband of 48 years, Gordon, her loving daughter, Kimberley, her pride and joy grandchildren, Gus and Gracie, her Mother, Gladys (Ernest), her sister, Debbie (Max), her brother, Walter (Lois), her sister, Tina (Don), nieces and nephews, and a large circle of family and friends. 

Edith was predeceased by her Father, Ernest Vokey.

Edith always loved to have a good time and a good laugh. She loved to go for a trout and she was absolutely amazing on the spoons. Everyone will remember her for being funny, kind, charismatic and a person who would do anything for you. 

Thank you to the nurses and staff from the emergency room and ICU at The HSC, who gave such care and treated us all with kindness and understanding for her short time there.

Cremation has taken place. Please join us for a Celebration of Life anytime after 2 Pm, November 5th, at 20 Mercer Street, Bell Island, NL.
