Eddie Davis Jr, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024, at the age of 75 in Brooklyn, New York, United States. He was born on June 7, 1948, to Eddie Davis Sr. and Ruby Davis. Eddie was a devoted husband to his wife Lorraine Davis, whom he married in 1994.

Eddie leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication in his five children: Tyrone Davis, Eddie Davis III, Kiona Gordon, Avery Davis, and Shandale Davis. He was a proud grandfather to ten grandchildren.

Eddie attended Boys High School and graduated in 1965. He then went on to serve his country in the US Marine Corps, where he climbed the ranks to become a Lt. Colonel in the 0602 unit. Eddie dedicated 31 years of his life to the USMC before retiring in 1996.

Aside from his military career, Eddie had a passion for baseball. He enjoyed watching the games and cheering on his favorite teams. Eddie was a man of strength, integrity, and kindness, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
