Dwaine Leon Carlson passed away on 8/22 after a courageous battle with cancer.  He is survived by his wife of nineteen years, Karen.  Also survived by sons Robert (Gloria), Chris, Marcos, and daughter Vanessa; step son and daughter,  Zach (Kelleigh), and Sonia; 13 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

A Vietnam veteran, he served his country for 19 years, and worked for many years doing fiber optic installations.

A memorial service will be held for Dwaine on Thursday, September 5th, at 11AM - Hope Presbyterian Church, located at 7132 Portland Ave., in Richfield, MN.  A grave-side service at Fort Snelling National Cemetary will follow.
