Dustin Kilpack, 27, of Salt Lake City, Utah, passed Friday, July 03, 2020. Dustin was born to Kevin Frank Kilpack, and Kittie Erin Jones Kilpack, August 12, 1992. Dustin was a loving son, brother, friend and father. Dustin worked as a cook. He loved playing ball with his brothers, hanging out with his nieces and nephews, and playing with his daughter at the park. He will be missed by many friends and family.

Dustin is survived by his parents. Brothers: Robert(Anne), Matthew and Travis. Daughter: Talia Rose Osio-Kilpack. Neices: Kendalynn and Kezia, and Nephews: Dallas and Keldin.
