Born on August 15, 1960, to proud parents George and Mary Howard, Douglas leaves behind a loving family and a community of friends who will miss him dearly.

Douglas is survived by his two children, Douglas Vicente Howard Jr. and Rodger Dewayne Howard. Douglas Vicente is married to Samantha Howard, and together they share fond memories of their father's passion for collecting and restoring classic cars. Rodger attended Pike County High School, where he no doubt inherited his father's charming personality and love for life.

Despite his passing, Douglas will always be remembered for his vibrant spirit, his infectious laughter, and his kind heart. He touched the lives of many with his hobbies and interests, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he met.
