Douglas (Doug, Dougdude) Thomas Sporman, 71, passed on August 09, 2021, with family at the bedside. He resided in Hernando, Florida.

He was born to Walter and Marian Sporman in Bay City, Michigan on October 29, 1949. Together they raised 5 children Lenore (deceased) Sovereign (Bill), Julie Sauve (Joe), Tom (deceased) Sporman, and Liz Hulslander.

Douglas had 5 children, Doug Sporman (Sabrina), Andrea Bamberger (Duke), Brian Martin, Wally Sporman (deceased), and Mary Sporman (Michael Davis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews. 

Douglas graduated from Bay City Central and received a associates degree in psycholog, from the Delta College.

Douglas retired from Dow and was passionate about his work.

Douglas served his country in the Army, unit "Boomerang", in Vietnam.

Douglas had a great love of music and living life to the fullest, he will be missed greatly.
