Doris Koth1933 - 2014Doris Koth (nee Stohrer) passed away Saturday August 23, 2014, at Claridge Healthcare Center, Lake Bluff, Ill. Doris was born on June 29, 1933, in Stuttgart, Germany, and came to live in the United States in 1954. She was married to Herbert Koth for 57 years and was a dedicated homemaker, foster parent and adopted Oma to several children that she cared for. She was a loving mother to Herbert (Bonnie), Ronald (Debbie), and Heidi Brown. Proud grandmother (Oma) to Derek, Jason (Chelsy), Christina, Ronnie, Kyle Koth, and Bobby, Kayla and Mathew Brown; great-grandmother (Oma) to Ian, Austin, Kyler and Kensly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert, on July 2, 2014. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, at Salata Gurnee Funeral Home, 4190 Old Grand Avenue, Gurnee Ill.
