Doris Kelly, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 83. She was born on November 1, 1941 to the late Farris and Essie Burrell.

She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Glover’s Primitive Baptist Church; Thomaston AL before moving to Cleveland Ohio in 1969 joining Thankful Missionary Baptist where she was a faithful member. Doris also worked as a manufacturer worker for over 25 years where she was known for her hard work and dedication to her job.

Her daughter Brenda K Crear and brother Ferris, Jr preceded her in death.

Doris leaves to cherish her memories three grandchildren Larry Crear, Jr of Magnolia, AL, Angela C Sewell (Eric) Pensacola, FL and Pamela C Harris (Johnny) of McKinley, AL; four great grandchildren, Deonte of Pensacola, FL, Devin of Huntsville, AL, Kayla and Jayce of McKinley, AL; three sisters Lula, Linda and Virginia; two brothers Jerry and Sam all of Ohio; special friend Arrice Tugh, Jr of Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that could not be named.

Doris will be remembered for her warm smile, infectious laughter, and kind heart. She touched the lives of all who had the pleasure of knowing her and will be deeply missed.
