BANILEVIC, Doreen Evelyn Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Doreen Evelyn Banilevic (nee Bell), passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017 at the age of 82 years, surrounded by her family in Regina. She was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Evelyn Bell; and two infant grandsons William and Jordan. Doreen leaves behind her husband of 63 years Con; sons Bill (Sharon), Brian (Laurie) and Brad (Val); grandchildren Kimberly Banilevic-Lamb (Chris), Craig Banilevic (Steven), Stefanie Banilevic, Kristin Megaw (Joey), Adam Banilevic, Alexandra Banilevic (Dillon) and Austin Banilevic; and great-grandchildren Hayden and Parker Lamb, and Bos and Briggs Megaw. Doreen was born on June 8, 1935 in Regina, SK, the only daughter to Herbert and Evelyn Bell. She lived her entire life in Regina and worked at Sears for over 30 years before retiring to spend more time with her family. After retirement, Doreen and Con enjoyed spending many winters in Yuma and Palm Springs. Doreen was an avid sports fan, watching her boys, even into their adulthood, play sports and more recently watching her grandkids play sports and other activities. The family would like to thank the staff at Sunset Extendicare, Dr. P. Pepler, Dr. F. Williams and Dr. J. Alport and the staff on 4B of the Pasqua Hospital for the excellent care Doreen received. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Doreen's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
