Donna Chapman, born on February 19, 1973, passed away on July 12, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio, United States. She is survived by her father, George William Levi, her mother, Wanda Levi, and her spouse, Donald Wayne Chapman, whom she married in 2007. Donna was a loving mother to her two children, Miranda Lynn Owens, Roy Chapman, step children: Breanna Chapman, and Jacob Chapman. She also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren.

Donna attended Meadowdale High School and graduated in 1992. She had a passion for gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Unfortunately, she succumbed to complications from Type 5 diabetes.

Donna will be remembered for her kind heart, warm smile, and dedication to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held from 12-1pm with funeral to begin at 1pm on July 17, 2025 at grace baptist church,142 olive road,Dayton, Ohio 45417 interment will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial gardens in Brookville.
