We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Donna Strickland Rose of Corbin, Kentucky. Born on October 4, 1954, to JW and Virginia Nichols, Donna lived a full and vibrant life, filled with love and laughter.

Donna married her beloved husband, Ronnie Strickland, in 1978, and together they raised three wonderful children: Heather, Melissa (and spouse Stacy), and Christy. Donna adored her eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and laughter.

Donna had a variety of hobbies that brought her happiness, including gardening, playing with her grandchildren, going on drives, and playing on her tablet.

Donna's sense of humor and infectious laugh will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She had a way of making everyone around her feel loved and cherished.

Donna passed away on May 22, 2024, from natural causes. While we mourn her loss, we take comfort in knowing that her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Rest in peace, Donna. We will miss your laughter and your loving spirit dearly.
