Donna M. CahillPOUGHKEEPSIE - Donna M. Cahill, 53, a lifelong area resident, died on May 30, 2017 at home. Donna was born on May 29, 1964 in Wilmington, DE. She was a 1982 graduate of John Jay High School and received a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Marist College. An avid runner, Donna enjoyed competing in marathons, triathlons, turkey trots, and spartan races. She is survived by her children, Joseph Cahill of San Diego, CA and Sophie Cahill of New Windsor; her mother, Geraldine "Gerry" (Leon) Stackow; her siblings, Deborah Stackow, Richard Stackow, John Stackow, MD, Michael Stackow, Mark Stackow, and Jeffrey Stackow; and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph Stackow and brother, Joseph Stackow.Calling hours will be Monday from 6-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a service at 8pm.
