Dominick "Scotty" O'Donnell, 41, of Logan, Utah, passed on March 31, 2023. Dominick was born on April 29, 1981.

He was a beloved Father who dedicated every moment he could to care for his two kids. Scotty enjoyed playing video games, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Scotty is survived by his two sons. Daxter and Dillion O'Donnell of Logan, Utah. Husband Michael Salaz of Salt Lake City, Utah. Mother Sherly Wappet and Step father Carl Wappet of Rapid City, SD. Father Carl O'Donnell of Smithfield, UT.
