We mourn the passing of Dolores Lares, born on June 30, 1936, in Marfa, Texas, to Ramon and Luisita Chacón. Dolores peacefully left this world on January 14, 2026.

Dolores was married to her beloved spouse Jesus in 1957 and together they raised four children: Gloria Lares, Linda Lares, Yolanda Lares, and Jesse Lares. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, leaving behind nine cherished grandchildren.

Dolores enjoyed hobbies such as sewing and reading the Bible. She found joy in these simple pleasures and shared her love for these activities with her family.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, as they remember her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love. Dolores will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
