Mr. Dillard Pam Gilbert, age 70, of Jefferson, Ga., passed away on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016, at his residence following an extended illness.Funeral services are scheduled, Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Springway Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Eric Shelton will officiate. The family will receive friends on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.Mr. Gilbert was born on July 12, 1946, in Gainesville, Ga., to the late Fred Gilbert and Harriett Miller Gilbert. He was self-employed as a paint contractor and owned and operated Gilbert's Quality Painting for 33 years. Mr. Gilbert loved deer hunting, fishing and antique cars. He was a member of Springway Baptist Church.
