Dianne Pope Hudson, 58, of Apopka Florida, was called home Friday, January 01, 2016. She was born to Cecil Lee Pope, Sr. (proceeded her in homegoing) and Cora Lee Collier, April 13, 1957. Dianne graduated from Apopka High School, class of 1975. She began pursing a degree at FAMU in 1977. Dianne married Jimmy L. Hudson, Sr. in 1986, and later divorced in 2001. Dianne worked at Frito Lay Co. in Orlando, FL and retired in 2012.

Dianne was a positive role model, devoted mother/daughter that loved spending quality time with family, especially her children, and donating to the UNCF. She was involved in both Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyer ministries. 

Dianne Pope Hudson is survived by 5 children: Bronwyn N. Pope, Latoya Y. Sherman, Mario L. Pope, Jimmy L. Hudson Jr., and Vanessa Y. Hudson. 7 grandchildren, Jalen A. Sherman, Jasmine P. Sherman, Aysiah B. Pope, Mario L. Pope Jr., Amari L. Pope, Cadence B. Hudson and Gregory T. Richards III. Mother, Cora Lee Pope, Sisters, Princie King, Minnie Pearl Collier, Brother, Cecil Lee Pope Jr., (Bo). She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
