Jensen, her paternal grandparents William E. Stephens and Margaret Ellene Kelley Stephens, her father Calvin A. Stephens.Survivors include her fiancée Michael Fleming, her daughter Courtney Black, her sisters Yvonne Plummer, Cassie Cox, Shannon Woodward, her brothers, Calvin Stephens Jr., Michael Jensen, Donald Jensen Jr., Timothy Jensen, her uncle Alvin Stephens, her roommates, Rev.
