Mrs. Boulware entered into rest on, July 28, 2018. She was born in Bronx, NY, a daughter of the late Earl and Anne Chambers. She was a member of Hartsville First Church of the Nazarene. Diane earned her BA and a Masters Degree in Education from Appalachian State University. She was employed by the Darlington County Pee Dee Mental Health Center for 32 years and retired as the Director. She taught an adult Sunday School class for 20 plus years. She was a devoted wife and mother, who loved reading as her hobby, and was an avid Gamecock fan. She loved being with her family and loved her late dog, Skittles.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ronnie D. Boulware of Hartsville, SC; daughter, Barbara Jackson of Charlotte, SC; sister, Nancy (Bob) Beaver of Columbia, SC; brother, Tim (Betty) Chambers of Charlotte, NC.
