Diane Weigand Manning, 79, of North Syracuse, New York, passed away on January 17, 2025. She was a beloved member of the community, known for her kindness and generosity. Diane had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to her flowers with a smile on her face. She had a strong work ethic and was dedicated to her career. Diane will be remembered for her warm spirit, her infectious laughter, and her unwavering optimism. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
