Diane Cane May , 69, passed on October 30, 2020 On Detroit MI. She was born to James Richardson and Diane Cane Richardson in Hollandale, Mississippi on May 28, 1951.

She married Johnny May in 1985 and they lived together in Anguilla, Mississippi. Together they raised 2 children Orenthal Cotton (Andrea Pratt), Latonya Cotton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; Orenthal Chaney, Desmond Watson, Dominique Cotton(Skyla,Rose Monroe), Sumonia Cotton, Kyler Liger, and Frankie Liger . 

Diane graduated from Anguilla High in 1965.

Diane worked at Simmons Catfish Farm until she retired in 1996 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. She also volunteered at the The order of the Eastern Star in 1979.
