On March 10, 2024, we said goodbye to a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher, Diane Johnson of Springfield, Virginia. Diane was born on April 21, 1950, to her parents Herbert D. Dwayne and Victoria Jacobs.

In 1971, Diane married the love of her life, Trevor Johnson, and together they raised three wonderful children: Toria Bell, Alexandra Finch, and Edward Johnson. Diane adored her eight grandchildren, who were the light of her life.

Diane dedicated her life to education, serving as a teacher for many years, impacting countless lives with her passion for learning. She also bravely served in the Army, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to her country.

Preston and Sons Funeral Home of Manassas is Serving the Johnson Family. Services are being arranged by Funeral Director Tonya Sanderson.

Diane's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Her kindness, wisdom, and love will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those who were lucky enough to have crossed paths with her.
