Isom, DianaDiana Isom, age 49, of Van Dyne, passed away on March 19, 2017. She was born on March 1, 1968 in Chicago a daughter of Bruno and Mary Rachupka. On December 2, 2000 she married the love of her life John Isom in Mt. Prospect, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 2015.She was a graduate of Purdue University and worked for many years as a pharmacist. She was also a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish. Diana will be remembered for her fun loving, outgoing, sparkling and bubbly personality. She dearly missed her husband John and missed the times they spent together on the water. She also enjoyed riding bikes and working out.She is survived by her mother Mary Rachupka, two sisters Karen(John) Czerwiec, Adrienne(John) Schroeder, a niece Madeline and nephew John"Jack" Czerwiec, and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death her father and her father-in-law.A memorial service for Diana will be held on Friday March 24, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Parish (St. Vincent Church 1225 Oregon St.) with Rev. Matthew Simonar officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday March 24, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Homes-Westside from 9 am. until noon. At the conclusion of the visitation at the funeral home everyone is welcome to proceed to church for the Memorial Mass. Private burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery.A memorial is being established in Diana's name
