It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Desiree Long. Desiree, born ( March 25, 1983) was the beloved daughter of Desmond Wilbert and Lydia Long. She received her  formal education through Detroit and Indiana Public schools. Desiree possessed a unique sense of humor and could light up a room upon entering it. Her favorite color was pink and her smile was as bright as the color. Desiree was known for her love of shopping, fashion, and makeup.. Her hobbies brought joy to those around her and she had a passion for always looking her best. Desiree said her final goodbye’s on April 15, 2024. Her maternal grandmother proceeded her in death. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving daughter, Ava, her father Desmond WILBERT, (Jennifer), her mother Lydia Long, Her paternal Grandmother  Juanita  Wilbert, Great grandmother Frances Scott, sisters Deshina, Dominike ,Janelle and Peggy, brothers , Desmond, DeAllen and T bone aunties Angelia, Cathy and Dion, uncles Antonio,  Brian, Donnie and Raymond and a host of nieces and nephews. Though she may no longer be with us, There are no goodbyes. Wherever she is, she will always be in our hearts.. What we have once enjoyed deeply, we can never lose..
