Derrick Jermaine Johnson, 66, passed on January 28, 2023. She was born to Louis Johnson and Sadie Johnson on April 15, 1956.

She married Lisa Smith in 12 and they lived together in Houston, Texas. Together they raised 4 children Davina Johnson Leeks (Christopher Leeks), Ebony Johnson, Kimberly Johnson, Derrick Johnson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

Derrick graduated from Mohawk in 19734 and received a degree from the University Of Houston Clear Lake.

Derrick worked at Construction Work until he retired in 30 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
