Murray, Dennis R. Dennis R. Murray, 77, passed away on March 28, 2017 at home. He was born on August 3, 1939 in Los Angeles, California to Robert and Florence Weiss Murray. Dennis grew up in California and graduated From Mater Dei Catholic High School. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and he was stationed in Japan for five years. Once his enlistment was over Dennis settled back in California where he married and had two children, Steve and Tracy. Several years later following a divorce, he moved with his children to Mesa, Arizona. After raising his children, dating and dancing, Dennis met Kaye Anderson and they were married December 6, 1985. Theirs was a match made in heaven and they were married 31 years until his death. Dennis was survived by his wife, Kaye Murray; his son Steve, granddaughters Taylor, Tatum, and Tara; daughter Tracy D'Arcangelo (Darren), granddaughters Nicole, Camille, and Sally; stepdaughter Kim Sexton and 2 grandchildren Devlin Sexton, and Lori Carroll (Tyler) and great granddaughter Brayleigh. Dennis was also survived by several brothers Mark (Pat), Eugene (Judy), Dane and Darren; two sisters Pauline Stewart and Joan Murray. There will be a Celebration of Life/Dance on Saturday, April 29 from 1-3:30 at Scottsdale Senior Center, 1700 North Granite Reef Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 2 pm at 29:11 Church, 5042 S Price Road, Tempe, Az 85281 (corner of Price and Baseline).
