Dennis L. Lasko RACINE – Dennis L. Lasko passed away at Ridgewood Healthcare Center on January 28, 2014. Dennis was born on August 17, 1942 to Nicholas and Martha Lasko (nee: Clemens) in Racine. Dennis lived in Racine his whole life. Dennis was a 1960 graduate of Washington Park High School. He went on to earn a degree in electronics from Gateway Technical College. Dennis was employed at J.I. Case Company as a manager of manufacturing engineering for 35 years. Dennis married Diane Woiteshek on September 22, 1962 in Racine. Dennis loved fishing with his fishing partner of 30 years, Doug Woiteshek. He also enjoyed hunting, electronics, gardening and golfing. Dennis is survived by his wife of 51 years, Diane (nee: Woiteshek) Lasko, his daughters, Lisa (Gary) Stindle, Linda (John) Casanova, grandchildren, Erik Stindle, J.T., Jennifer and Jessica Casanova, his brothers, Bruce (April) Lasko, and Gary (Diane) Lasko. Dennis is also survived by brothers-in-law, Douglas Woiteshek and Dr. Dwight (Maria) Woiteshek. He is further survived by Aunts, Margaret and Patsy and other nieces and nephews. Dennis was preceded in death by his mother and father, Nicholas and Martha, also his stepfather, Les Moen. The family extends a special thank you to the staff at both Ridgewood Healthcare Center and Heartland Hospice for their kind, compassionate care of Dennis. There will be a public visitation for Dennis at Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 11:00 am. A private family funeral service will follow at Noon.
