Denise Carlisle, 58, of Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States, passed Monday, May 06, 2019. Denise was born March 28, 1961 in Memphis, TN to the parents of Henry L. Carlisle and Mary Lois Chapman-Carlisle. " Shay" as she was called by family and friends grew up in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Later in life, she made the move to Chicago, Ill where she lived for 14 years then moved to Kenosha,WI. "Shay" lived out the rest of her life in Kenosha ,Wi and is survived by her children, Cheri T. Cleveland, Demario M.A. Carlisle, Phea M. Jackson, Steven A. Parker jr and Shannon D.D. Parker. "Shay" is also survived by 10 grandchildern . Shay was very spunky , down to earth, and had the courage of a lion. Shay always said that quitters never prosper and to follow your dreams no matter how big or small they are. Shay might be gone in phsical form but she will always be in our hearts . Beloved mother and grandmother gone but will NEVER be forgotten.....
