Debra Spencer, of Florida City, Florida, passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 72. She was born on November 2, 1950, and lived a vibrant and fulfilling life.

Debra married the love of her life, Devon Emanuel, in 1980 and they were blessed with two wonderful children, Tiffany and Jade. She was a devoted wife and mother who always put her family first.

Debra was a proud graduate of Jacob’s High School, class of 1968. She loved to cook and was known for her delicious meals that brought her family and friends together.

Debra passed away peacefully in her sleep from a sudden heart attack. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
