Debra Marie Whaley of Clay, N.Y. Passed away Monday February, 28th, 2022 at age 72. She is survived by her three daughters, Nancy Cue (Robert), of Clay NY, Joyce , of Raleigh, NC and Judy Huckle, of Syracuse, NY; nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
