WAUKEGAN - Age 57, passed away on October 12, 2015 at Vista Health Center in Waukegan, IL. She was born on November 1, 1957 in Waukegan to parents Harold and Marge (nee. Benson) Warner. Debra attended New Lisbon High School and following that, served in the National Guard. For the past 35 years, she worked for the Lake County Health Department in Illinois. When Debra was not working, she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and especially travelling. This included all over Europe, South America, and Canada. Debra was a member of Grace Church in Racine. She will always be remembered for the way she was able to make new friends and help people out. Debra is survived by her children, Nathan (Barbara) Davis and Amanda (Randy) Sobecki; her grandchildren, Dharma, Mason, Ethan, and Ecko; her mother and step dad, Marge (Frank) Rueth. She was preceded in death by her son, Andrew; sister, Terri; and father, Harold. Services will be held at 12:30 on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at the American Legion Hall, 1027 New St., Union Grove, WI. Visitation will begin at 12:00.
