Debra "Debbie" Fay Dragoo, 61EATON - Debra "Debbie" Fay Dragoo, 61, passed away at 11:05 a.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.She was born on April 14, 1956 In Hartford City to Ira H. McFeely and Emma Jean (Clendenin) McFeely. Both parents preceded her in death.She graduated from Blackford High School in 1975.Debbie married Timothy "Tim" W. Dragoo on June 21, 1985 in Bloomington, IN. She was a special education teacher's aide at Southside High School in Muncie, IN. She was a member of ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) of Indiana and very active in ABATE fundraising and food drives for 16 years. She also enjoyed scrapbooking, euchre and playing pool.Debbie will be sadly missed by her husband, Timothy "Tim" W. Dragoo of Eaton; son, Shawn Allen Dragoo of Hartford City; Matthew J. Dragoo of Hartford City; identical twin sister, Denise Rae (husband, Richard A.) Bacon Sr. of Hartford City; sisters. Sharon May Gray of Anderson; Linda Kay (husband, Bill) Elliott of Eaton; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2017 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 North High Street, Hartford City with Rev.
