Debra Denise Cofer, "LilMama," was born on December 13, 1981, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Ga to Juanita Morris.

Debra was named after her first aunt and her aunt daughter that pass away Debra Denise Cofer. Debra was the mother of four beautiful kids, Cam’Ron Cofer, Tory Spratt, Anthony Powell, Ke’Nija Thomas.

Debra was raised by her mother, Juanita, and stepfather, Richard Morris, in the Westside of Atlanta. Debra attended Harper High School where she studied social studies and mathematics, which wer her favorite subjects.

Debra had so many friends and family that loved her dearly and she loved them dearly, that if they were on this obituary it would be a book. Debra last words to everyone is to not remember her with tears but remember her with smiles. BECAUSE IN HER WORDS, SHE WAS DIVA!!!! AND SHE LOVED EVERYONE!!!!
