Debra McKinney, 4, of Dyersburg, Tennessee, passed away on April 3, 2024. She brought joy and light to all who knew her in her short time on this earth. Debra was a kind and playful soul, always ready to spread laughter and smiles wherever she went. Her spirit will forever be remembered and cherished by those who were lucky enough to have known her. Though her time with us was brief, the impact she made will never be forgotten. Debra will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of crossing paths with her.
