We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Debra Hicks, who was born on June 5, 1974, in Forest, Mississippi, United States. She peacefully left this world on January 6, 2025, at St. Dominic Hospital after suffering from a major stroke.
Debra was the beloved daughter of Melvin Jones and Sarah Hicks. She was the loving mother of five children, Ashley Jones, Lashun Jones, Vonda Jones, Latisha Jones, and Tijah Jones. Debra was also a devoted grandmother to ten grandchildren.
Debra will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother who always put her loved ones first. Her presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
May her soul rest in peace.
