Debra Ann Smith, 66, passed on March 13, 2023. She was born to Leroy Smith and Glenn smith in Charleston, South Carolina on September 09, 1956. Debra raised 4 children Dwayne Smith, Toure Smith, Stephanie Smith, Kwanisha Smith. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren also 1 great grandson.

Debra graduated from Oka Charleston high in 1975 and received a degree from the University of South Carolina in 1980.

Debra worked at Bronx Criminal court house with the Bronx district attorney’s office’s until she retired in 2017 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. Debra was a very beautiful soul to know always very kind .
