Deborah Costigan, 73, passed on September 19, 2021. She was born to Henry Dean Brendall and Lou Ann Costigan in Lima, Ohio on April 03, 1948.

She married Roger Umble in 2012 and they lived together in Lakeland, Florida. Together they raised 2 children Randall Wagoner, Anthony Wagoner (Amber Wagoner). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great grand children Chelsea Staten (JayShaun Staten, Armani Staten, Zarianah Staten) , Henery Wagoner, and Luke Wagoner. 

Deborah worked at home and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. She also volunteered at the The National Women's Club in 1967. Deborah also enjoyed her prior days gardening with her good friend Paulette Lanther and spending time wiith her sons. 

Upon Deborahs wishes, there will be no service, instead the family will be holding a private gathering in honor of Deborah.
