On August 9, 2021, Deborah Ann King died in Cincinnati, OH after a long battle with liver cancer. She was 63 years old.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Gary King, her only son, Dennis Simpson, her five granddaughters: Alyssa (Alex) Nicholson, Alexis (Cory) Barrett, Alicia Simpson, Ashley Simpson, and Angel Simpson, her great grandkids: Maximus Barrett, Atticus Nicholson, and Athena Barrett, and her only brother Mike (Barb) Blum. She was preceded in death by her mother and best friend, Shirley Blum, and her great grandson, Oliver Nicholson. 

Debbie was born on August 21, 1957 in Cincinnati, OH. She worked downtown at AT&T for many years as she provided for her son. Debbie enjoyed being with her son and mom, and later her granddaughters. She met the love of her life during her later years and they enjoyed going to Florida together. She enjoyed hanging out by the pool and tanning, and having her son and granddaughters over to spoil. She and her mom were inseparable until her mom passed in 2005. The loss was unbearable for her. 

At Debbie’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
