Debora Peck, 81 of Jim Thorpe, formerly of Easton, passed away Wednesday January 31, 2024 in St. Luke’s Hospital-Anderson Campus.

Born January 19, 1943 in Easton, PA, she was a daughter of James “Jim” and Lynn (Youngkin) Martin, of Palmer Township.

She and her husband, Michael , celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary on July 6, 2023.

Debora was a graduate of Easton Area High School.

She was employed by St. Luke’s Hospital for 21 years, last working at Bethlehem Campus before retiring in 2003.

Deb loved being a Mother, grandmother and sister. She enjoyed biking, hiking, swimming, trips to the beach, baking, cooking and decorating her home especially for the holidays.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Eric Peck of Fountain Hill; a daughter, Brooke Carney, of Easton; a granddaughter, Mariah Carney, a grandson, Trae Carney and two brothers, Rick and Charles Youngkin, both of Easton; a niece and nephews.

Services will be held at 11:30am Friday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 2101 Northampton Street, Wilson Borough. Call Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm in the funeral home. Burial will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com .
