It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of DeAndre Ragsdale Sr. on May 18, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan. DeAndre was born on July 24, 1989, to DeAndre Durning and Marion Ragsdale.

DeAndre is survived by his four beloved children, DeAndre Ragsdale Jr, Arniya Ragsdale, Marion Ragsdale, and Darian Ragsdale. DeAndre was a dedicated father and a loving partner, who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

DeAndre attended Kettering High School where he excelled in his studies. After graduation, he pursued a career at Comerica Park, where he worked diligently and made many lasting friendships.

Outside of work, DeAndre had a passion for building minibikes, cars, and houses. He had a keen eye for fashion and enjoyed putting together stylish outfits. His creativity and craftsmanship will be remembered by all who saw his work.

DeAndre will be remembered for his kind heart, his sense of humor, and his unwavering love for his family. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
