DEAN FERNELL ANDERSON Obituary

Celebration Of Life

Dean Fernell Anderson was born on April 8, 1955, in Flint, MI to proud parents Clarence "CB" B. Anderson and Mamie E. Moore (Hall) and is the oldest of three from this union. He accepted Christ at an early age and considered himself a Baptist.

Dean graduated from Flint Northwestern High School in 1973 and shortly after, he served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant, a skilled carpenter, and also a boy scout leader, which isn't surprising since he loved kids. He was honorably discharged in 1979.

While stationed at Indian Springs, NV, he later met the love of his life, Debra Faye (Spencer), in 1977 and she became his loyal loving wife on February 25, 1978, and Dean became a loving devoted father to Rochelle. They remained happily married for 42 years until his passing.

Dean was a jack of all trades and worked many jobs after he retired from the Air Force. Bartending was his natural talent where he worked at Desert Inn and Silver City and was often referred to as ISAAC from the "Love Boat". He then became a cab driver, which he loved, and driving while entertaining customers was second nature to him until his passing, although we truly believe he missed his calling as a comedian.

Dean was always the life of the party. With his jokes and philosophies, there was never a dull moment. He was always up for having cocktails and trying new drinks. He was extremely kind, generous, happy, and full of joy with an infectious laugh that touched your spirit. Most importantly EVERYBODY loved and enjoyed his company, especially the nieces, nephews, and friends of the family.

Dean leaves to cherish his memory, his loving devoted wife, Debra, his daughter, Rochelle (Marlin) Spencer- Robinson, his grandson (son) Detric "DJ" Cullins, his granddaughter Zaria "Suga Puddin" Robinson, his favorite nieces LaToya Young, Felicia Mosley, Tonya Mccullers (Joel), Angela Coleman(Jonathan), cherished nephews Bruce Cooper, Kyvon Spencer, and Oxaveon Mosley, of Las Vegas, NV, and Tellace Campbell of Flint, MI.

Two sisters Vickie Wooden of Kalamazoo, MI and Andrea (Angie) Anderson of Mt. Morris, MI, 2 brothers Clarence Anderson Sr. and Albert Anderson, both of Flint, MI, 2 sister-in-laws Christina Blake and Gina Mosley (Hugh T.), 2 brother-in-laws Robert Spencer Jr. (Miranda), all of Las Vegas, NV and Allen Spencer (Mildred) of Carthage, MS and a host of nieces, nephews, many loving family members, and friends.

Dean was preceded in death by his father Clarence "CB" Anderson Sr., mother Mamie E Moore(Hall) and sister Dianne Mcgee and many other family members.

So in the famous words and phrases of Mr. Dean F Anderson "congratulations, double congratulations and HALLELUJAH"

You can to the family or in memory of DEAN ANDERSON.
