Dean Banks of Sunnyside and West Valley City, Utah peacefully passed away in hospice after receiving words of love from family and many friends around the country. July 13, 2022. Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather will be forever remembered. Dean will always be remembered for his big heart, his engaging personality, and his infectious laugh. He also had great passion for his family and friends, as well as the Utes, Cardinals, and Packers! As his oldest son, I am grateful to have been directly influenced by his kindness, his wit, his infinite wisdom, and his love., but I continue to think of him. And I'm sure those who knew Dean also remember him with great fondness and admiration. He is truly missed. A Celebration of Life will be held July 27, 2022, 11:00 am at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy will be shared.
