David Silas Collins, 83, passed on January 15, 2021. He was born on February 23, 1937.
He married Ola Banks and they lived together in Texarkana, Texas. Together they raised 5 children Demarco Banks, Jason Banks, Joyce Collins, Ruby Coulter, Debra Elkins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
David worked at United States Postal Service and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
E3 Collins served his country for 13 years as a Frogman in the United States Navy. He was deployed 1 time.
