David Sterling passed away on February 12, 2025, in Bakersfield, California, at the age of 66. He was born on October 7, 1958 in Terrell Texas. David inters heavens gates to join his parents mr. & Mrs Roy and Marlene Sterling, brothers Michael and Cecil Sterling.

David is survived by his wife Rosemary Sterling, whom he met in 1997, his older brother Leroy Sterling.

David has 4 children: David Joseph Sterling, David Joe Sterling Jr, Tinisha Sterling, Deesha Sterling, and 4 stepchildren: James Hodnett, Joseph Hodnett, Crystal Hodnett, and Jerrell Hodnett.

David was known for his love of spending time with his family and friends, and helping all those in need, often enjoying watching TV and relaxing together. His warm smile and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

David Sterling's passing was due to complications from cancer. He will forever be missed , His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
