David Jeffery BiggsJensen Beach, FLDavid Jeffrey Biggs was born on March 16, 1954 in Lexington, KY. He passed away on August 3, 2017 in Stuart, FL. David was preceded in death by his dad, Gale "Bud" Biggs. He is survived by his mother Betty Biggs, Clanton, AL, brothers Steven Vickers, Verbena, AL and Robert Biggs, Dayton, OH, sister Rebecca Howell, Dandridge TN, and the love of his life, Lisa Kloskowski, Boynton Beach, FL. A Memorial Service for David will be held at Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach, FL on Saturday, August 12, 2017, 11:00 A.M. Friends will be received beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow later this Fall at Fairview Cemetery, Tazwell, TN. David attended Beavercreek High School, Xenia, OH before entering the United States Marine Corps as a teen. David loved West Coast Swing dancing, dance music, bluegrass music, and his job, District Council 78 Training Representative, International Union of Painters and Allied Trades, AFL-CIO. David was passionate about his trade, especially in developing men to professionally excel in all areas of the Coatings Industry while maintaining the highest quality safety standards. David held many certifications enabling him to teach and qualify others. David received Christ as his Savior in 1963 at age nine.
