FAIRBORN - David R. Collinsworth, age 60, of Miamisburg, OH, and formerly of Fairborn, OH, passed away, Monday, August 31, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 24, 1954, to Billy and the late Fern (Wallin) Collinsworth. He retired from DSCC after 38 years of service; and was a member of Victory Temple in Fairborn. David was a U. S. Marine Corp Veteran. In addition to his father, he is survived by his 2 daughters, Kara (Mel) Parker and Kacey Collinsworth; his best friend, Janet Collinsworth; his sister, Debbie Hitte; his 2 nephews, Cory (Lauren) Hitte & Chris Hitte; and a host of many relatives and friends. The family will receive friends 6-9 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2015, at the Dalton Funeral Home, Germantown, OH, where the Funeral Service will be held 10 a.m., Friday.
