David Dixey, 79, of Pocatello , Idaho, passed Friday, January 10, 2020. David was born to Colombo Cerino, and Esther Madzeweyu Cerino, March 10, 1940 in Blackfoot, Idaho.

David graduated from Fort hall and Blackfoot High school. He married Caroline George in 50 years, and they lived together in Pocatello . David worked at Gay mine until he retired in 2003.

David is survived by 5 children: Mark (Susan), John (Lisa), Paul (Queen), Christiana (Petree ), and Caroline. He also is survived by 12 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday , January 18, 2020 at the Fort Hall Good Shepherd Episcopal Church. Burial will follow after the service at 2:00 p.m. at the Ross Fork Cemetery. The family is under the care of Hawker Funerals home.
