David Boyd, 73, avid music lover and musician and beloved educator in Knoxville for over 30 years, peacefully passed away Monday,January 10, 2022 in his home.
He has survived by his wife of 30 years,Lmyrna Boyd, his children Andre David Boyd jr and Kenya Boyd. He left behinda host of cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and his Buffalo Soldier Calvary Scout family.
David was predeceased by his father William Henry Boyd, mother Agnes Marie Boyd, brother and sisters, William Henry Boyd, Jr., Jamie Boyd, Tiffany Boyd, and Cheryl Williams.
Memorial services will be held Saturday January 20th,11:00AM atStevens Mortuary,
1304 Oglewood Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917
Visitation will be held 10:00AM-11:00AM at the funeral home.
