David T. AdamsWappingers Falls - David T. Adams, 75, of Wappingers Falls, passed away with his family by his side on August 22, 2017 at Elant at Fishkill. David was born on August 16, 1942 the son of the late John and Paulina Stone Adams. On October 27, 1973 in Gardner, Massachusetts he married the former Martha Plante. Mrs. Adams survives at home. David retired as an Industrial Engineer, working for U.S. Repeating Arms in New Haven, Connecticut. He was a member of the Free Masons. David loved to bowl, golf, play horseshoes, fish and camp. He was a family oriented man.In addition to his wife, David is survived by his children, Diana Cardinale (Paul) of Henderson, NV, Kerri L. Adams (James) of Henderson, NV and Lauri Blake (Adam) of Wappingers Falls; his grandchildren, Brandon, Donovan and Christian; his brothers, John "Jackie" Adams of Monson, MA; Thomas Adams (Jane) of Webster, NH; his sisters, Barbara Adams of Tampa, FL and Betty Raymond of Monson, MA; his sister-in-law, Nancy Adams of Athol, MA; his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandson, Eric and his brothers, Collis, James, Clifford, Robert, Paul and George.Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 26 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
